The Lake Borbon

We left a day early because the stay was so disappointing, and we still haven't received the money back. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Our room hadn't been cleaned; the sheets, pillows, and blankets were all very dirty. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and even drinking water came at an extra charge.

The bathroom was dirty, with spider webs, loose taps, and a bucket and tumbler that were sticky. There was no hot water, so we had to bathe in cold water. They also wanted two people to share one towel, and we had to argue to get one each. They provided loose drinking water, while sealed pure water cost extra. I wouldn't consider this hotel suitable for families. To me, it felt more like a dormitory.

The garden area is long and a nice place to sit. I stayed four days, and my room was cleaned daily. The hotel provided the services you'd expect in a room, and the staff were good. It's an excellent hotel.

Nitin was honest in his dealings. The staff responded quickly when guests raised concerns and took proper care of them. It's a good hotel.
