Hotel Sangam Pristine

We booked the whole hotel for guests coming from different places, and they were very pleased with the service from the staff. Mr Mishra, the GM, is experienced and wonderful, and made our stay feel comfortable and homely. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, and the food was awesome. Housekeeping could still improve. We and our guests felt at home, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel for stays, especially for large functions like weddings.

I stay here whenever I travel to bhopal because the highway location works perfectly for me. The rooms are spacious and good, and the prices are very affordable. Service is quick, but the food isn't that great. Otherwise, I'd have given five stars.

The restaurant is decent, and the rooms are new, fresh, neat, and clean. The staff are friendly, though they aren't quick. One issue is that when there's a marriage occasion, the hotel books all the rooms for the relatives and family members. Otherwise, it's a decent hotel.

The bathroom drain was blocked, and the washbasin sent water out onto the counter. The sheets were dirty and the towels were brown. It's badly designed and poorly managed. They get a steady flow of guests from the nearby marriage hall, so they don't seem to care much.
