Shivam did a great job looking after everyone. The staff were polite, professional, and quick to help throughout our stay. Their attentive, welcoming manner made us feel comfortable and helped make the visit smooth, relaxing, and memorable. I really appreciated them and would recommend the hotel.

The staff were kind and cooperative, and we enjoyed the food. We picked a suite and liked the lively location, with lots of shops nearby. It was a nice stay. I’d encourage the team to keep up the good work and make a few small improvements to make guests’ stays even better.

We spent two days in what felt like one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was right across from the kitchen, so we heard the workers cooking throughout the day and again early each morning. The room was also next to a washroom the staff used, and its door was usually left open, with people going in and out right by us. We asked to move rooms, or at least be upgraded, but the receptionist was rude and didn’t even acknowledge the request. The room wasn’t worth Rs.100/night. Calling this a luxurious hotel feels absurd. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days, and the staff’s behavior was disappointing. Cleanliness was a serious failure here.
