After a full day on the road, my companion and I were left waiting on the street for over an hour with our luggage while OYO support tried to sort things out. We eventually got another hotel through OYO, but the whole ordeal was stressful and humiliating. I wouldn't recommend this place, and the owner's conduct was unacceptable. I'd prepaid for an 8-day stay through the OYO app and arrived around 8 PM, expecting the booking to be honored. The owner said the hotel was full, despite rooms appearing available, then asked for double the OYO price. The room itself was in horrible, smelly condition. He also said, “if it’s just for 2-3 hours, I can think to gave,” which felt disrespectful and inappropriate, especially in front of my female companion. Be careful booking here. A prepaid reservation didn't mean management would honor it.

I went with my family and found unclean rooms with cigarettes left inside. It seemed the management wasn't cleaning them. The whole experience was awful, and I wouldn't bring a family here. In my view, OYO rooms are only for drinking and having fun with friends, so I wouldn't choose OYO.

At 10 pm, I was in a taxi with my 2-year-old in extreme cold, searching from place to place because the OYO booking showed a different location and the manager wouldn't answer the phone. After about 30 minutes, I booked another OYO hotel, but they refused check-in, saying the booking amount was too low. OYO's helpline didn't answer either. I ended up going directly to a nearby hotel, paying there, and staying. I'd already paid through OYO, so being left in that situation with my child was awful. Their service was terrible, and I wouldn't take a chance with OYO at night with family.

The smell in the room was bad, and cleanliness and hygiene were at a very low level. The bedsheet wasn't changed, and they didn't provide a towel or basic toiletries. It was a pathetic stay, I wouldn't recommend it.

After paying online for all 3 nights, I still had to stay at a friend's place. These people are awful, the place is terrible, and they always ask for more money even when you've booked and paid. I went through a lot last night. Don't book here, they're crooks and inhuman. This Arera Inn will take your money.
