There’s no real privacy here. If you leave any belongings in your room, keep a close eye on them during cleaning. If something goes missing, the manager won’t help. The bathroom was dirty, and it looked like neither it nor the room had been maintained for years.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The receptionist, Anu, was harsh and foul mouthed, and couldn’t handle customers in a well behaved way. They need to change the receptionist ASAP. The service wasn’t proper either, and the location is poor. Late night train noise kept me awake.

I arrived for check-in at 00:30 am and was charged 1,200/-, with checkout set for 11:00 am the next morning. My booking and payment had already gone through Goibibo, yet they refused to let me check in and did it sarcastically. What a rip-off. Terrible hotel and service. Don't book here.

The staff were friendly and had a good, smiling manner. The rooms were good too, though I found cigarette butts in the bathrooms, as if they hadn't been cleaned.

I reached the hotel around 7:30 in the morning, but they wanted to charge me for checking in early. I ended up walking around outside for an hour and a half before I could finally get in. If rooms are available, they should waive the early check-in fee.
