The rooms are spacious and good for a 3-star hotel, and the food tastes really good. They have Garhwali chefs, so the food is reliably tasty. Service lets the place down a bit, since they often don't answer calls. Still, it’s a good place overall.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, and there were pipes in it along with two half-filled whisky bottles. Old tea cups were left outside the rooms. The manager claimed to have cleaned the room twice, but was lying. The bathroom seat was broken, and water was leaking from the ceiling. There’s no car parking, and the staff spoke rudely and said we hadn’t asked for water when they didn’t give any. A terrible experience.

Our car keys went missing, but the staff wouldn’t show us the CCTV footage. They were rude and didn’t cooperate with us. I didn’t feel this was a safe hotel for a family.

The bed sheets were dirty and smelled bad. The condition was very poor, and I can’t recommend it.

Getting to the hotel by car involves a very steep ramp, and the room was missing a locker and an electric kettle. On the plus side, the location is accessible, the room was clean and spacious, and room service was excellent.
