A quiet place with good food and polite staff. The room was spacious and hygienic, with a window mosquito net so it didn't feel stuffy. The toilet had a ventilator and exhaust fan, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Parking was available, and the TV had most popular paid channels. Good value for money.

There was no one at the welcome desk much of the time, no contact details to raise an issue, and the service felt highly unprofessional. I paid for free breakfast, but the hotel didn't provide it. For the three beds I booked for my senior citizen parents' first visit to Bhopal, they received two beds and a mattress. They had to go through a lot, and I felt terrible about it. Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

The hotel is in a quiet, beautiful spot, and the room is spacious and soothing. The kitchen serves breakfast only, but you can order lunch or dinner through them from a nearby restaurant. Zomato and Uber Eats are available too.

The staff were nice and behaved properly, and the rooms were good. The washroom, though, had neither soap nor liquid handwash.
