OYO 70473 Hotel Sunshine Regency

There was hardly any ventilation: the window wouldn't open, and the only fan was tucked into a corner. The room and washroom both felt extremely cramped, and staff weren't around when we needed help. I also didn't feel the location was safe for a family. A very bad experience.

When we returned from going out, the room door wouldn't open, even though my family had locked it before leaving. Staff tried too, then said we must have only half-locked it. That didn't make sense to me, since the key had come out of the lock. After struggling with it for a while, they moved us to another room. An electrician finally opened the door in the morning, and we went home afterward. Later we noticed my mother's necklace was missing. It's possible a staff member stole it, though I can't be sure. The room locks are strange, and I had a bad experience with both the hotel and its staff. I ask the owner to arrange to return my mother's necklace.

I went back because the hotel was fairly close to the ISBT bus stop, but the service was the worst and the staff behaved very poorly. I wish OYO would look into hotels operating under its name, because this place seems to do whatever it likes. I personally wouldn't recommend choosing sunshine regencyy at any price.

The reception lady was extremely rude, and the people at the desk didn't seem to know how to speak to guests. Service was very poor too. This was the worst hotel service I've experienced, and it wasn't worth the money.
