The staff were indifferent and rude. When I complained, they ignored the problems or made excuses without fixing anything. I had to ask several times for drinking water, and the food was cold, tasteless, seemed stale, and cost too much. The room itself was filthy, with stained sheets, dusty furniture, and a smell that stayed the whole time. It seemed like it had not been cleaned for days. The bathroom was worse: no hot water, a dirty toilet, and old, unhygienic towels. Promised basic amenities were missing or broken. This was one of my worst hotel stays in India. The place did not live up to the online photos or description, and the cleanliness and hospitality fell below even basic standards. A complete waste of money, and I strongly advise travelers to stay elsewhere.

The restaurant food was poor, and there were no clear signs to show where the restaurant was. Room service was slow too, taking 15-20 minutes just to bring a menu, and the staff seemed reluctant to help. They were careless during check-in and with basic services, but strict about the exact checkout time. I had booked through the website, which charged extra for breakfast, yet hotel staff could not say whether breakfast was included or paid. Nobody could clarify or confirm the booking details. Reception was very poor: even though I had booked ahead and arrived after check-in time, I waited nearly an hour to get a room. There were no posted check-in or check-out times, and staff gave vague, confusing answers. Most frustrating of all, they never provided drinking water, even after repeated reminders. That is a basic necessity, and ignoring it was unacceptable. The lack of coordination between the website and hotel staff, poor management, and unprofessional service make this place hard to recommend.

The receptionist was rude and uncooperative, and did nothing to sort out our problems. The hotel also has a bizarre rule against guests visiting rooms, which makes no sense for a place in hospitality. The rooms were badly kept: paint was peeling, some door locks were broken and felt unsafe, and a few rooms lacked AC or a TV remote. Poor management, terrible upkeep, and no customer service. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the money.

The rooms were in terrible shape, and the service was very poor. During my stay, water leaked into the room at 3 am and rose to ankle height. The doors and locks were badly maintained, with broken locks, and the sheets smelled. The mattresses were low quality. Staff were rude and had no idea how to deal with customers. The receptionist, abhishek, spoke very rudely and added extra taxes to our bill, even though he was also asking us to add the tariff because we had taken 3 rooms. He said to add it to the actual amount we had to pay, despite there being no facilities. The receptionist didn't know how to handle or speak to guests. Literally a very poor service.
