Bestaay A Butique Hotel

The rooms are worth the price, and they’re willing to arrange early or extended check-in and checkout if you ask. It’s a little away from Bhubaneswar’s main activity areas, but still worth staying at when visiting the city. Room service may not be as good, so I’d rely on online food delivery.

I booked executive room(1004) at bestaay after reading all the good reviews, hoping to make our stay more comfortable. The room itself was good, but the washbasin tap barely had any water pressure, too slow even to wash your face. I complained, but no one did anything and they just said that’s how it is. The Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to the TV, and even after I asked two or three times, nobody cared. The bedsheet and blanket weren’t clean, with lots of hair stuck to them, and there were mosquitoes in the room during the day. We had to call again and again just to get a cup of tea or coffee. The service was pathetic!

The location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, shopping, and transport, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. It was fresh, offered plenty of variety, and suited different tastes. Restaurant staff were attentive and cheerful. My room was spotless, nicely furnished, and had the amenities I needed. Housekeeping kept it tidy each day, the bed was very comfortable, and the modern bathroom came with high-quality toiletries. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout, and those personal touches made me feel valued. Check-in was quick and smooth, with a warm, professional welcome. I felt at home right away. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family. A delightful experience!

The central location made things easy during my 18-day stay at Bestaay Boutique Hotel in Bhubaneswar. My room was clean, comfortable, and well designed, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful. It was a smooth, pleasant long stay, and I’d recommend it.
