I'm from Amboli, Maharashtra, and came across Cozzet Victoria while looking for a room in Bhubaneswar for tourism. The hotel surroundings were extremely clean, and the restaurant was spotless too. Its fresh food was very good. The rooms and washrooms were neat, maintained well, and had all the necessary facilities. Every staff member treated us with great hospitality. We truly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff hospitality stood out, especially Mr. Tanmay, who was polite, professional, dedicated, and helpful throughout our stay. He handled requests efficiently, and people like him add to the hotel's reputation. Cozzet Victoria is well located in Bhubaneswar, and the calm ambience works for family visits or business trips. Rooms are clean, cozy, and modern, with essential amenities, though a little compact. The food was good and hygienic too. It was a comfortable stay for the money. Thanks for an amazing experience.

The food was very good and the restaurant staff were nice, but they need more people to respond properly. We stayed two days at the Bhubaneswar branch and were very disappointed with reception and room service. Even after repeated reminders, the room wasn't cleared after food was served. Reception staff were unprofessional, reluctant to do their work, and very slow to respond. We spent a lot of money at this so-called 3-star hotel group branch and came away very disappointed.

A good choice for a family with kids. The rooms are neat, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Most of the staff are women, and they were very well mannered and extremely helpful. One of the best hotels in Bhubaneswar town.
