The support staff gave excellent service, though the room cleanliness fell short.

The ratings seem to be "managed". This place isn't worth even one star. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom, and hairs all over the bed. It's completely unhygienic. The location feels lonely and is a little way from the main city and main road, so it definitely isn't suitable for business travellers. A clear no-go.

We were only about 700 meters from the hotel when I cancelled the booking because of the location. I’d followed Google Maps, but road construction was underway and it showed no alternate route. Locals I asked said that was the only road to the hotel. There was a better option in Rasulgarh, closer to NH16.

We had a very disappointing stay in Bhubaneswar. The room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. The curtains looked as if they hadn’t been washed in ages, and the filthy floor mat left our feet and shoes dirty. The bathroom drained badly, so water sat there for quite a while after a shower. Even the water bottle, glasses, and electric kettle provided in the room were unclean. There were safety concerns too. The windows didn’t have proper locks or latches, which worried us when we went out for errands or travel. When we raised it, management seemed casual about the missing latch, as if it were normal. Service added to the frustration. The manager was unhelpful and showed no empathy. We asked for just a one-hour extension and were told it would cost us a full extra day. During our stay, family guests seemed neglected, which came through in the hygiene, lack of support, and security issues we faced. This hotel doesn’t seem suitable for families, and I wouldn’t recommend it to them. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
