Trident Hotel Bhubaneswar

The large garden was one of the best parts of our stay at Trident Bhubaneswar. It's lush, peaceful, and so well maintained that the whole hotel feels relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well kept. Staff were warm, polite, and always ready to help, and restaurant service was excellent, with the team taking great care of us. We had a fantastic stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bhubaneswar.

The spacious, well-appointed rooms were comfortable, and the gym covers the basics. What I'll remember most is the vast green walking track. Running through all that greenery each morning, right in the heart of the city, was bliss and unexpected. The people are what make Trident live up to its name. Asif at the front desk was always welcoming and attentive, and sorted every request with a smile. At the restaurant, Arif Khan, Vikas Singh, Tapati, Rohan and Durga were prompt, warm, and always on their toes. They cheerfully handled every special request, and their energy and hospitality made breakfast something we looked forward to each morning. We'll be back.

After checkout, our flight was delayed and we were exhausted in the heat. Priyansha, Ali and Aman made sure we had a room to rest in for a few hours and took such good care of us. They went beyond what I expected from customer service, with a positive attitude throughout. I’ll always choose Trident because of them. Thank you so much, Trident and team 🤗🙏

The food could use some work. The chicken in the curry seemed to have been boiled separately and added later, which hurt the taste and texture. The rest of The Trident made a strong impression: despite being on the main road, outside traffic noise seemed to disappear once inside. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and welcoming, and the entrance, pool, and bar were beautifully maintained with a premium feel. The infrastructure and overall vibe were close to perfect. I hope the dining experience improves by my next visit.
