Usha Residdency by OYO

We arrived at Usha Residency on October 3rd at 6 PM, and left around 4 AM on October 4th to catch our train. There were three of us: me, my mother, and my father. At check-in, the manager took our original Aadhaar cards for verification and said he would give them back later that night. With the early departure, we forgot to ask for them before leaving. He never returned them. I called and asked him to courier the cards to our address, and even offered to pay the charges. He still hasn't sent them, and now he hangs up when we try to call.

SRINU made the place feel homely, and the owner is really down to earth. The staff are cooperative and well behaved, especially SRINU and SUMIT. Everything you might need is within walking distance, too. I've been checking in at Usha Residency for over a year, and it's my favourite. I don't choose another hotel when they have a room available. Highly recommended.

After a busy day, the peaceful, calm feel around Hotel Usha Residency was a welcome break. I also found the rooms spacious and clean, with good value for money, and appreciated the 24x7 electricity and water. Getting to the hotel was easy, with malls, restaurants, and the railway station nearby. Booking and registration went smoothly, and everyone from reception to the support staff was friendly and helpful with my requests. Cleanliness clearly matters here. I'm happy to give it 5 stars, and would recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay with excellent service.

The railway station is nearby, which is handy. I visited Usha Residency a few days ago and was impressed by the comfortable, clean rooms and the extra facilities. The accommodation felt luxurious, and the staff treated me very well. I'd happily come back and recommend it.
