FabHotel Greenland Classic

Our stay was safe, and the room was clean and neat. The staff were very cooperative and the service was very good. Don’t listen to the bad comments.

The front office made this stay even worse. At check-in, Miss Jena was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with no sense of hospitality. Hospitality: 0, attitude: 100. The room and floor were unpleasant too: the rooms felt cramped, the mattress smelled bad, the walls had slipper marks, and the bathroom was tight, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. There was a strong foul smell throughout the floor, and cleanliness overall was unacceptable. This was a terrible, disappointing stay. FabHotel shouldn't put its name on this place. Don't waste your money, I strongly don't recommend it.

The staff were helpful, professional, and courteous, and the bathrooms were clean. I had a pleasant stay. The only problem was that the rooms have no windows, so there was some bad smell. Everything else was good.

The staff were very supportive, 10/10. The rooms were very bad, 1/10, and there aren't any good restaurants nearby, 2/10.
