The two good points were the central location and hot water. Getting to the parking at the back took some navigation, since there's none in front. The rooms were stained, the paint was peeling from the walls, and there was some dampness that only went away when the AC was on. The bathroom ceiling had been removed around the geyser, and the walls were chipped too. Many room key cards didn't work, so we had to use physical keys to lock and unlock. Staff weren't very helpful, and even small issues took a lot of follow-up, often without being resolved. The restaurant felt like a cheap movie bar all day, even at breakfast, and not like a decent family restaurant. Breakfast included with the room had very limited options, and everything was cold and dry. The TVs didn't work. This shouldn't be called a Fab hotel, it should be called a bad hotel. I can't recommend staying here unless major changes are made everywhere.

The price runs a little high, but around ₹2000 plus GST for two people still seems reasonable. FabHotel Pentagon had clean, comfortable rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and a relaxing, well maintained feel. It's a good budget friendly option with nice amenities.

The room had basic problems throughout our two-day stay. The washroom floor was slippery and its water was clogged, and the TV didn't work. Room service was inadequate, and hygiene wasn't up to standard. A really bad experience.

The rooms smelled bad, with stained, used sheets, mold, and rotten wooden panels. The AC leaked, and the door wouldn't latch properly. I also felt unsafe: guests lingered in the hallway, and the staff did nothing about it. This didn't feel family-friendly at all. Women should avoid staying here.

A tiny room, a broken toilet, and a flush that didn't work. This was a very bad hotel experience, and I wouldn't stay at this kind of place again.
