Goroomgo Moonlight Premium Bhubaneswar

There are shops and street stalls nearby, and the hotel is about 500m from the city bus route. My room had plenty of space for three people, with a TV, AC, geyser, bathtub, cupboard and tea table. The one thing missing during my visit was a drinking water filter.

They demanded an extra 1100 and refused to honor my OYO booking, telling me to book directly with them. The staff spoke roughly and behaved rudely, almost like rowdies. At checkout they acted as if I hadn't paid for the room and were ready to throw me out. I was about to call someone when checkout time came. This was the worst experience I've had. There are plenty of good hotels in Bhubaneswar, so I'd look elsewhere.

Please don't choose this stay. The room was dirty, including the bedsheet and pillow cover, and the service was awful. The manager was uncivil and seemed to use tricky ways to cause trouble and get extra money. The AC in the AC rooms didn't work properly, and they would switch it off at the mains and blame a power cut. There was no food service either. OYO should remove this property and sue it.

At check-in, the manager demanded more money. When I asked why, he said that was what they charged there and told me to complain to OYO. He didn't care when I said I'd write a review, and started using vulgar language. They treat guests badly and then apologize as if that's just how they do business. I won't visit again, and no apology can give me back my time or undo the distress. I WILL MAKE OYO RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTING SUCH UGLY HOTELS IN ITS BRAND.
