I stayed at Hotel Arya Palace, Bhubaneswar for four days with colleagues on an official trip, and we were satisfied with the stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with AC, comfortable beds, clean linens, and attached bathrooms. Housekeeping was prompt. Staff were courteous and cooperative when we needed help. The location is well connected, making it easy to get to the railway station, airport, markets, and major attractions. It works for business trips as well as visiting temples and cultural sites. There’s parking for guests with their own vehicles. The hotel has in-house dining with hygienic, tasty food and a good selection of local Odia and Indian dishes. Room service was efficient, and the food quality satisfactory. For the price, it was a comfortable and convenient option for our official visit.

I spent two nights here and had a pleasant stay. It’s centrally located near the railway station, airport, and bus stand, and the rooms were neat and tidy. The restaurant food was good too.

The hotel itself has a lot going for it: a great location, clean rooms, well-maintained facilities, and most staff were courteous and helpful. I travel often for work and usually try to be balanced, but the Front Office Manager’s behavior had a serious effect on my stay. Her approach came across as highly unprofessional, more like she owned the property than was there to provide service. I found the hospitality, flexibility, and basic courtesy lacking. The other staff and departments did their jobs well, but one person was enough to spoil the experience. In hospitality, attitude matters alongside the facilities, and this fell short. I hope management takes the feedback seriously because the hotel has real potential, but the conduct of a key staff member can overshadow its positives.
