Even at 6pm, after we'd checked in, our room still wasn't ready. We'd booked and paid 25% in advance, yet they wouldn't give us access and wanted full payment before we could inspect the room. Once we got in, it was in awful shape: cockroaches and mosquitoes, dirty bedding, no toiletries, and only AC in the suite, no fan. There were lots of sockets but only 2 worked. The corridors were dirty, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were very uncooperative. This was the condition of the suite room. Not recommended at all.

Kishore at reception was especially welcoming and made my stay go smoothly. The staff were welcoming in general, and breakfast and room service were excellent. I had a very delightful stay at Greenland Grand Hotel.

The location is the only good thing here. The reception behaved terribly, and after we arrived they raised the price from what we'd agreed on. It wasn't worth it at all.

Want to feel as uncomfortable as possible? Book here. The rooms are messy, the elevators seem straight out of the 1980s, and staff don't listen. The owner is rude and raises prices whenever he wants. You're better off sleeping on the road than staying at this hotel.

The reception experience was pathetic, with no politeness or courtesy and no customer focused attitude. They seem greedy for money.
