If you're coming from another city, please avoid this hotel. The location wasn't good, and there's no parking.

There was no water or electricity, and the service and upkeep were both terrible. The owner took no responsibility and wouldn't answer calls from the staff either. Those 5-star ratings seem fake. Better to stay somewhere else.

They refused to provide hot water for bathing, saying it was only available in winter, even after we asked. Since the bathrooms have separate hot and cold water controls, providing it shouldn't be an issue. Their service needs improvement.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the hotel has a good location and service. Staff helped us get around local destinations in Amritsar and suggested local Amritsari food.
