Hotel Rajendra Residency

It's near Bhubaneswar station, and a room costs 1300 rupees. My room and the washroom weren't properly clean, there was no hot water, and service was very poor. The manager was rude, and didn't seem to know how to speak to a woman. I suggest not visiting.

The restaurant served delicious food with a decent range of choices, and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. I also slept well in the calm, peaceful ambiance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and kept tidy by housekeeping. Amenities were up to standard, and the location in Ashok Nagar made it easy to get to attractions and transport. My stay at Rajendra Residency was pleasant overall, though two things disappointed me. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful when I arrived, which made me feel unwelcome. That first interaction needs improvement. I was also told outside food wasn't allowed in the rooms. I understand the cleanliness and food safety reasons, but a designated area or shared dining space would have helped. The rule limited my choices when I wanted to eat in my room. Rajendra Residency offers comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Better reception service and a more flexible arrangement for outside food would improve the guest experience. I hope management considers these suggestions.
