Mayfair Lagoon

The Sunday brunch was scrumptious and delightful, and the kitchen team and chef deserve a lot of credit. I was here for my birthday, and they made it special. Gaurav, the management trainee, even showed me around the whole property. The front desk team, servers, and everyone else were absolute gems. I'll definitely return! There are so many cuisines available in-house, and the amenities range from lawn and table tennis to badminton, snooker, and a large pool. The staff made me feel cozy, almost like home, and the service was attentive throughout. Mayfair Lagoon is beautifully maintained and designed with great attention to detail. There are Italian marble sculptures, elegant furniture, courtyards with fountains, art, vintage cars, and even a refurbished historical aircraft over 50 years old, the first to touch Odisha's soil. It's an exotic, meditative place for a relaxing stay, whether for a special occasion or a break from routine.

We came for a marriage function, but it felt like being on our honeymoon. The garden, birds, views, and peaceful surroundings were beautiful, and the food was perfect too. Great service and an awesome view from the room. Everything felt just right. Would love to come back.

The location is good and the rooms are decent, but the service needs work. The staff seemed to have no idea about customer service. I checked in at 10am after arranging an early check-in in advance. Waiting 25 minutes for the keys was fine, since I understood availability could be an issue. But when I went down for breakfast at 10:45am, the service manager didn't ask why I was late. He just said breakfast was over and to come back for lunch. That felt rude. A friendly smile and an offer of something light or some juice would've been enough, but he quietly refused and said there was no breakfast available. Not what I expected from Mayfair. The dinner was amazing, and my garden-facing room was cozy. The airport pickup went smoothly too, making this work visit to Mayfair Lagoon, Bhubaneswar one of my most memorable stays. A big thank you to Mr. Shubhamoy, Ms. Jaspreet, and the whole team. Everyone I met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even though I was there for a meeting, they made sure I felt at ease, with thoughtful, warm gestures throughout. That kind of heartfelt hospitality feels rare. Mayfair Lagoon is a stunning property, and I'd love to come back soon.
