The washroom was clean, and they provided the necessary toiletries. The room itself was okay, but the bed creaked quite a bit. The television didn't work. Staff said it was because the establishment was new, but that sounded like an excuse.

Mosquitoes made it impossible to sleep, and the fan was extremely loud. The AC barely worked, the bed was poor, and the room wasn't clean. I called the manager, but they came, said nothing, and left without fixing anything. I had paid before check-in, and they deliberately gave me this room while telling me there were no others available. Then someone who arrived after me was given a different room. This property should be banned.

The staff were pleasant and courteous, which earns the two stars. The rooms and toilets, though, weren't clean enough, and there was a constant stink even with room freshener. The premises and stay fell short of OYO standards, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting an OYO-quality stay.

The room was dirty and full of insects and cockroaches, and the breakfast was third class. Even after I asked repeatedly, the staff wouldn't spray insecticide, and they didn't provide cold water either. The receptionist was fourth class too. I arrived at 11.40 a.m. for a 12 p.m. check-in, but wasn't allowed into the room until 12.15 p.m. Five minutes before check-in, they had also refused to let us enter. The receptionist asked twice what time we'd check out. I said we'd leave at the proper time, perhaps 5 or 10 minutes late. On checkout day, they called 15 minutes before the time was up and said we had to leave, despite my earlier answer.
