My experience was very bad. The room, toilet, and bedsheet were dirty and unhygienic, room service was poor, and reception was rude. It felt like a scam involving auto drivers too. They may bring you here saying it’s a cheap hotel, but once you arrive the price goes up. Reception argues with customers and lies about the hotel, sometimes acting as if they can’t hear you and making you feel like a fool. Don’t trust an auto driver who offers to find you a room. Ask to see the room before booking or checking in. Don’t hand over documents before you’ve checked the room and decided, or they may book it without your decision and charge 500₹ if you refuse.

The location is good, and the room cleaning is middling. It costs 300 rupees per person and is fine for one night.

It’s in a prime spot at Delta square, but the hotel doesn’t deserve even one star. Some rooms have no water supply, the bathroom and bed are awful, and one bed had no bedsheet. Staff behavior was terrible too. Better to use sulava souchalaya than book a room here.

The restaurant serves food at reasonable prices, but there was no vacant room when I asked to change rooms. I made the mistake of paying before checking the room, and would never ask an auto driver to find me a hotel again. The room was far too dirty to live in, and the corridors were just as bad. There were mosquitoes everywhere and spider webs on the walls, as if they’d never heard of pest control. Even roadside public toilets are cleaner than the washroom here.
