There was no lift, and the hotel is on the first floor, with nobody available to help with luggage. The lobby was grimy, dimly lit, and had cigarette ends all over the floor. The reception area looked more like an illegal card room. When we arrived, we found out there were no vacant rooms, even though he had accepted an online booking. The place was shabby and not hygienic. The reception guy wandered around shirtless, with one black eye and a broken shoulder supported by a sling. Terrible experience. Avoid booking here.

The only thing that worked in our favor was the free WiFi. The room was hard to locate, and we had to compare it with Google images to make sure we'd found the right place. Inside, there was no real design or ventilation, and it smelled of alcohol. The helper seemed uninterested and gave just one blanket for three people. Toiletries were missing, the sanitary fittings looked heavily used, and the TV didn't work. The AC felt like it was running at 25 degrees even when set to 20. Charging points were far from the bed. Two stars for the WiFi.

The OYO booking was confirmed, but the hotel refused to give us rooms because they said they don't accept OYO bookings. We called and asked you to arrange another booking, and you booked us into a different hotel, but that was never confirmed either. We were told the full payment would be refunded after we asked for our money back, but it still hasn't arrived. Your service was awful. We'll tell our friends and everyone else not to book through OYO.

The hotelier was rude and the experience was horrible. They refused to honor the online prepaid booking, then tried to charge extra for the electricity bill, so I had to cancel. If zero or a negative rating were possible, I wouldn't have chosen one star.
