We were traveling from another state with two small children and had booked for 18.01.26. After checking in at 3, we were given a room in very bad condition and told to wait while another one was cleaned. We called after two hours, were told someone was coming, but nobody came until 5. The replacement room had electrical issues, so they moved us again, and the next room had the same problems. We stayed patient through all this, but the owner was rude and told us to cancel the booking and leave. After wasting so much time going back and forth, at 6 we had to find another hotel. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone book or stay here.

The room smelled bad, the bed was broken, and there were lizards. The washroom and bedding were filthy. It was the worst and most unclean place. See the pictures and decide for yourself.

During my ten-day stay, the total came to around 12k, so I asked about a discount over the phone. When I paid, the owner insisted I had to pay the full amount. I reminded him of the discounted price, but he argued and gave me what I thought were nonsense excuses. Then he flatly refused to discuss it further and asked if I had written proof. The owner lacks professional ethics. I also don’t know how safe this is for couples, since most of the rooms were empty during my stay.

The warm atmosphere made it easy to feel comfortable during my stay. The guest house was kept very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive about maintaining everything. I had a really enjoyable visit, and the service was excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.
