OYO 10493 MS Residency

We picked this hotel because it was near our work in BBSR, but my Fiance and I left after just three hours and booked somewhere else. We are Class I and Class II officers, and money itself wasn't the issue. The receptionist asked for an extra 400 rs for the booking, while the facilities and hospitality were nowhere near good enough to justify it. The staff and receptionist behaved so badly that we couldn't put up with it. Our first room had serious privacy problems. They moved us to a saver room, but it was cramped and even less hygienic. There was dirt, garbage, dust, and water around the room and bathroom, which were poorly maintained. The hotel also had no restaurant. When I asked the room service boy to arrange something, he told me to handle it myself. There were many other problems too. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Check out the photos I uploaded. The room was awful and not clean at all. I definitely wouldn't stay here. You could easily pick up germs or some unnecessary illness.

The room, bathroom, and bed were clean, which is all I want from a hotel. The one thing that bothered me was the sound of water leaking in the bathroom. The receptionist was polite and chatty, and also well-mannered. Check-in and check-out were on time, and room service was good, with food brought to my room. I had a great stay.

They insisted I pay the room charge at check-in or they wouldn't let me check in. As far as I know, a good hotel lets guests settle the full amount at checkout. They also made me clear the food bill every day, or I couldn't stay. Very money-minded, and their behavior was like a ***** hotel. People die to stay at their property.
