The balcony view was lovely and felt romantic, and the pure vegetarian food was tasty. Staff were very supportive, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had hygienic, well-kept washrooms. The location isn't especially good, but it's easy to reach.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and they'll prepare meals on request and serve them in the homestay dining hall. If you get a room with a good balcony, the view is brilliant. They aren't especially professional, so don't expect star-hotel standards, but they are cordial and helpful. I booked through OYO, where my two separate rooms were priced at 2200 and 2400 a day, even though the base price here is about 1800-2000 per day. I guess you have to accept whatever price the app's algorithm gives you. You might get a cheaper deal by contacting the homestay directly. I'd recommend the place to friends traveling to Bhubaneswar.

The house rules are unusually strict, and they even say you can't bring non-veg food in. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with rented apartments dressed up as a homestay. They also wouldn't honor the rate shown for my online booking and threatened that I'd have to pay more or leave. They serve customers whatever is cooked for home. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean and in a good location. It was affordable too. I'd be happy to stay here again.
