OYO 18681 Amrapalli Resorts

There’s plenty of open space, parking, greenery, and large rooms with balconies and mango trees. The generator backup was good, and the decorations and other event arrangements were also good. Management was supportive, though not very efficient. We stayed two days for a wedding and found the experience mixed. The place is far from the city, and getting a cab can be difficult, though Ola or Uber may sometimes be available for an extra charge. Staff behavior felt unprofessional. The rooms weren’t maintained well: the AC didn’t cool effectively, the flush wasn’t working, and there was only one plug for the kettle, mosquito repellent, and phone charger. The buffet service was very poor except on the party day, when the food was tastier and better. Refills were late, there was no supervisor keeping an eye on them, and we had to wait with plates. The main banquet hall by the water park was extremely hot, with no central AC. The new window AC units weren’t enough for such a large space, and it needs at least three or four high-speed fans. Guests were especially disappointed by the ineffective AC during peak summer. I wouldn’t recommend it for events. A relaxed visit might be okay if you have your own car.

The food was good at the wedding I attended, though the service has a lot of room to improve. I hope the Amrapali team addresses it.

The atmosphere here is really nice, and the food is good too. A nice place.

We had a really nice time at the resort. They host lots of functions and ceremonies, and we enjoyed a classical odishii dance program along with other recreational activities. 🧳😎🌞
