I appreciated how helpful the staff were and how quickly they answered requests. The common washrooms serve all the rooms, but they're well maintained and have everything you need. A dorm bed is just ₹400 a night, great value, though the dorm is usually full and it's hard to get one. I paid ₹1000 for a single room for one night, which first seemed like a great deal because of the central location. But cockroaches in the room made the stay uncomfortable. Despite that cleanliness problem, the location, facilities and helpful staff mean the place still offers decent value for money.
2/10
The room was in a really bad state. There were cockroaches around, they hadn't provided any toiletries, and even the towel looked very dirty.

I'm enjoying my vacation here. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff have all been really nice. It's a fabulous hotel.

I booked through Goibibo, but they wouldn't honor the online booking for flimsy reasons. The room was on the second floor, with no cloakroom or guard. The receptionist seemed clueless, and they didn't even answer their phone.
8/10
The reception staff were helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and neat. The facilities made me happy.
