The rooms are clean and the service is good, though the charges are quite high. They don’t take online bookings, which is inconvenient. There are frequent electricity problems in the area, so check on that before booking. It’s decent enough if you’re prepared for the price and possible power cuts.
They have rooms for families and couples, and the rooms are among the best. The staff are friendly.
The management is awful and the service was the worst. Staff don’t know how to speak to guests. I’d never book here again. Even when cancelling a month ahead, they wouldn’t refund even half the amount.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We had booked in advance but still had to wait at reception. Staff were very rude and didn’t understand what we asked for. The young boys they’ve hired don’t know how to talk to guests, and there’s no responsible person around to give customers proper answers.
