They gave my room to walk-in customers who paid more, then refused to check me in despite my online booking. They don't respect online reservations. They lure walk-ins with rooms and quote high, irrelevant prices. A typical Paharganj hotel.
I’ve booked here three times now. As a solo traveler, I just need a clean, small room near public transport, and this place works for that. It’s on the main road, close to New Delhi railway station 🚉. See you again soon.
I spent four days here and found it decent. The staff were friendly and really good, and Wi-Fi was available around the clock.
The bedsheet at Hotel Decent Delhi had yellow marks and looked like it hadn’t been washed. The room also looked completely different from the online pictures. Please don’t book this hotel online, and don’t trust those photos. Thanks for reading.
This place felt unsafe and unhygienic, and the staff were horrible. They behaved badly and weren’t professional. I wanted to raise it with the owner, but the staff wouldn’t give me the owner’s details. Don’t visit or book this property.
