The washroom and bedsheets were filthy, and the staff were very rough with us. They advertise a discounted price, then find ways to charge extra. There wasn't even a water bottle or a bathroom kit, and there's no hotline for ordering anything. The TV had no recharge, and there was no inverter or generator. The property doesn't seem to be under Oyo's control, and the nearby hotel with the same name makes the location confusing. There wasn't an Oyo assistant to help, just chat support. Check the reviews before checking in. Don't go to room 109.

OYO's customer service didn't respond when I needed help. At check-in, the property owner demanded a huge extra payment even though I had already paid successfully through the OYO app. I've run into this kind of issue with OYO every time. If owners can charge more, why show a discount or offer in the app? And why isn't that offer information shared with the property owner? This is ridiculous and frustrating.

The AC barely cooled, and the whole experience felt very unprofessional. At payment time they demanded extra money, even though the booking price had been lower. They said we would have to book another hotel if we didn't pay, and wouldn't give us the room at the price shown when booking. The behavior was very bad and not what I expected.

The staff were pleasant, and the manager was helpful, but things only got done if you kept asking. Food service was slow, and half the menu items weren't available. We had to order food from outside because the cook wasn't available, and the food quality wasn't up to standard. Breakfast was included, though the portions were too small. An okay place to stay, with service that fell short.
