OYO 81506 Ares Residency

I called the OYO service desk to book, and they promised there'd be no refusal or extra charge. But I ran into trouble at check-in and checkout, and they charged me extra anyway. I called OYO many times, but the customer associate didn't resolve anything. Rubbish, disgusting, pathetic service from OYO and the team. I'd tell people not to book through OYO, or they could end up in a lot of trouble.

The staff didn't seem to care about guests, and they charged us double what the OYO app showed. The room was in very bad condition, the bathroom was tiny and hadn't been washed out, and the AC barely worked. This was the ugliest hotel I've ever stayed in.

After I'd paid the full amount shown online, including taxes, the owner demanded more money in front of OYO staff, who didn't help. I had to pay an extra 800, and the room wasn't in good condition. Very poor service, and a bad experience that left me dissatisfied.

I never got to stay at this hotel because I was moved to another nearby OYO. At reception, they demanded extra money even though I'd paid the full amount online, saying their displayed amount was higher than the price I booked at. It was the same explanation I heard 3-4 years ago when I booked an OYO in Hyderabad. They told me to call customer care even though it wasn't my problem. The issue was resolved, and the customer service employee understood it quickly, before I finished explaining, but the same problem still exists. I didn't like the hotel's appearance either. The reception was poorly maintained, and the area has major network problems. Other users had already reported the same issues, but they hadn't been addressed. I won't book or stay with OYO again.
