I left right away and called OYO customer care. The person assisting me was very helpful and tried every possible way to resolve it, though it took more than an hour to get the full refund. I forgot to ask her name. If this happens to you, contact customer care, as it’s the last option you have. The property wasn’t like the pictures, and it’s actually on the third floor. My booking was prepaid, but staff first said they didn’t accept prepaid bookings and had no rooms. Then they said they’d asked OYO to delist the property. The owner repeated the same story and tried to charge me double extra money. I was very disappointed by their behavior. The one-star ratings here are genuine and approved. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my enemies. Don’t book it online or offline, and be ready for the worst consequences if you do.

I paid 800 rupees for an AC room, but they wanted more money for AC and told me to cancel the room on the OYO app. They also said not to pay online through OYO, wouldn’t listen to OYO staff, and behaved very badly. The staff behaved extremely badly. They wouldn’t let me check in, and the manager used abusive, unparliamentary words when I arrived. When I arrived to check in after booking through OYO and paying online, the people there spoke very rudely and demanded more money. They were mannerless and third class. This is the cheapest, worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I hate this place, and I’ll never recommend it or OYO to anyone. Third-class hotel, third-class people.
