The hotel owner provided the worst service. I booked through OYO, but at check-in they said they had no connection with OYO and no rooms available. The OYO team supported them too. All the photos are fake. Please don't book here if you want to avoid trouble, though go ahead if you want to take up the issue.
The service is very good, and the staff are helpful and cooperative. But the rooms need better cleaning for what they're charging. The price is too high for the room condition.
They show a low price online, then charge three times as much once you get to the hotel. Room service is very poor, and even after complaints they don't bother changing the bedsheet. The staff are drunk and indecent. It's really shameful and nothing but disappointment. I'd give it 0.5 out of 5. 💯
It's budget friendly, with a friendly atmosphere. The staff and management are helpful and well behaved. Best hotel.
