Check-in was stressful and frustrating after our trip to Goa. The receptionist wouldn't listen or try to resolve anything, and his behavior felt unprofessional. He insisted that only one person could stay in each room, despite our booking being for two rooms for two couples. He also demanded more money for the extra guests and breakfast, even though we had paid in full online and breakfast was included. I booked through Agoda for two rooms and four people. During booking, a glitch displayed one person per room even though I'd selected four guests. I thought it was only a display problem. I gave the receptionist my phone and asked him to repeat the booking for two rooms and four people, and the same glitch appeared for him too. Even with that showing the issue was with their system or app, he refused to acknowledge it and kept asking us to pay more. Be very careful booking this property through Agoda. It may have a serious technical issue with the app, or the hotel may have misleading terms. This experience was so disappointing that I won't stay here again.

The location took a little getting used to, but it wasn't a big problem. I had a great stay: the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the services were top-notch. Good value with nice amenities, and I'd recommend the hotel. Rating: 5/5 stars.

Mr. Rama at reception made me feel at home, and Mr. Biswajit and Mr. Om gave me personal attention in the restaurant. The chefs, Manoj, Bobby and Raju, can make whatever suits your taste, with a homely feel. The food was just what I wanted, and the staff who served me were polite, helpful, and understanding of my needs. Bloom boutique had a great feel in every corner and was kept hygienic. Kudos to the team for making me feel at home. I'd recommend it to solo travelers, couples, families, and even large groups.

Vaishali made the booking process easy with her great coordination and support. We came as a group of 28, and the hotel team made sure we were all comfortable. They were calm, polite, and professional with our questions, and went out of their way to help with travel arrangements. The rooms were clean and well kept. A great experience, especially for group stays, and highly recommended.
