Nothing was provided from the booking that said water and breakfast were included. You have to buy your own water, and there’s nowhere to get breakfast on site. Eating out means travelling a long way. The room was in bad shape, and the staff wouldn’t listen to my concerns. I checked out early on the day I was due to leave, but the person there said he couldn’t prepare my bill. He said the madam would make it and send it on WhatsApp. I’ve contacted them several times since, and still haven’t received the bill. It was a very bad experience.

It’s a safe place, though a little outside the main area, about a 15-minute ride from KIIT. The rooms are average, and the people there are nice and helpful.

The location is great and the service was quick, but the room facilities were unreliable. The sheets weren’t clean, some rooms had taps and showers that didn’t work properly, and the AC or fans weren’t working either.

I arrived at Maple Tree Hotel on 6 Dec 25 after paying 1400/-. At reception they gave me a poor-quality room and said the room I’d paid for had been given to someone else, leaving no other options. When I asked how they could give away a room I’d already paid for, they said that was how their company treated customers. It was very bad behavior, and I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.
