OYO Rooms Sum Hospital

I tried to make it through one night, but the room had no working AC and the beds had bedbugs. The sheets were dirty, and when I asked the manager to change them, he refused. The way he behaved was awful. I left feeling that the stay had wasted both my time and money. I don't understand how this hotel keeps operating or why people stay there. OYO should ban places like this.

I stayed for three days because the guest house is right across from Sum hospital, which was convenient for my hospital work. The room and bed were basically all they offered. There was no room cleaning during my stay, no staff around, and the front door and bathroom locks were broken. When I asked for soap and hand wash, they said OYO hadn't supplied them. They also had no Good Knight or other mosquito repellent. I couldn't spend time dealing with OYO while I was there for the hospital. I gave one star only for the location and walkable distance to the hospital. I don't know why OYO charged ₹900 for such a filthy room.

The bathroom lock didn't work, and there was no service. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty too. I wasted my money on this expensive place with third-class facilities. OYO should make a surprise visit and inspect it.

The service was good, but the WiFi was refused even though the hotel has it. The complimentary breakfast was also much too cold. I ordered poori and sabzi, and the poori seemed as if it had just come out of the fridge.
