The hospitality here was awful. The female receptionist was arrogant and impolite, and I think she should be removed.

I felt badly spoken to when I asked about available rooms. The front desk receptionist used rude words, and that kind of treatment toward a customer really upset me.

The lady at reception needs to be removed for the hospitality to improve.

The dining area is a big plus, since you can sit and eat comfortably, though the hotel doesn't provide food. The place is very close to KIMS gate no. 51, and purified water is available free in ample quantities. The staff are always smiling and ready to help, and the bedsheets and toilets were clean. Awesome is about the only word I can find for this hotel.
