Samrudhi Residency by OYO Rooms

Staff were friendly and relaxed, and apart from a couple of drawbacks, the stay was very good. Check the distance and location on a map before heading there. I sometimes found stains and hair on the beds, though.

The staff speak very rudely. They tell you before booking that everything is free, but once you’ve paid, they ask for extra cash for everything. AC service wasn’t available either. A useless option for anyone.

There isn’t any food service here, not even a cup of tea. The property also seemed quite disconnected from OYO, as they insisted we call them directly instead of booking through OYO. Worst experience of my life.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and all the amenities, including Wi-Fi, TV, and AC, worked and were in good condition. The view from outside the room was beautiful. Staff were well behaved and helpful with directions, and the food was good. Drinking water is available too. It’s a budget friendly hotel in the city, safe for couples and suitable for all kinds of stays.
