The bed was filthy, with a smelly, stained blanket and another dirty sheet, and there were no mosquito or bug repellents. The taps and room locks were broken too. The toilet leaked badly, and there were no dishes, not even a plate, or any soap or television. Even after paying 1.5k to 2k, you don't get a water bottle, and you have to go to reception yourself to get one. They don't ask about breakfast, lunch, or dinner either. For a refund, you have to come to reception and argue. There's basically zero hospitality here, and this place is a nightmare for couples. There was only a woman at reception, who was incredibly rude and mannerless. When you ask about amenities, she takes advantage of being a woman and starts an argument. This was the worst stay in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I'd choose any other hotel or even the Railway Station over Hotel Shine Inn. It deserves a new owner and management. I wish negative ratings existed, because my rating is 1/2 out of 5 stars and this place deserves less. Peace out.

The receptionist's behaviour will drive you mad. She even disrespected an elderly person and had no manners. People in hospitality should be polite and well behaved, but it was the opposite here. The rooms are small, smelly, and unhygienic, and the price is high for their quality. This was the worst place I've stayed. In my opinion, never stay here.

The room smelled really unpleasant, the bedsheets were very dirty, and the rooms weren't clean. My experience was the worst. Don't stay at this hotel.

The sheets were so dirty it was impossible to sit on the bed, and the whole floor had a pungent smell. Then the receptionist greeted us with a mountain of attitude and foul language. The worst OYO experience I've had. She spoke rudely and behaved improperly toward an older person over a request to change the sheets. If you want terrible service, a fight, and a ruined peace of mind, this is the place. Don't book this OYO.
