Oyo 15441 Apollo Paradise Guest House

The guest house is old, and the Google photos don’t resemble the actual place. Its one advantage is being very close to Apollo hospital bhubaneswar, which may suit patients staying briefly. The rooms and bathrooms are small and old, and the bedsheets had brownish stains even though they’d been washed. There’s no food service, not even tea or coffee, and the place isn’t maintained well. The caretaker was rude. While cleaning, he threw rubbish bags out of a first-floor window onto vacant land behind the building. When we objected, he told us to shut the windows so we wouldn’t see it. He didn’t leave the trash for the collection vans.

I’d told OYO customer care I would arrive late, but when I got there, a hotel staff member was asleep in the room. After I asked, he put things in order, sprayed some fragrance and said it was ready. The room was in a terrible state. Booking here was a nightmare.

I’ve liked this hotel best so far. The staff are polite and well mannered, and the room service is excellent. I’ll book here again from now on.
