SM Hives

This was my first time at this hotel, and the staff were helpful and good. The rooms were hygienic, neat, and clean, and the ambience was beautiful. I'd give it 5 points in every aspect. The location isn't good, though, since it's in the middle of an industrial area.

The rooms were great, and food delivery from room service was good. But the wooden floor stayed sticky because the cleaning staff weren't willing to clean it properly. The AC is centralized and stayed at a set temperature controlled by the unit, despite my having a remote in the room and calling several times. I hope they sort out the AC and cleaning issues, because with those fixed it would be a great stay. It's a bit outside the main areas, with few restaurants or amenities nearby.

I spent a day here working from home and got a lot done without stress. It was quiet and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the calm atmosphere helped me focus. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. A good choice for a short, productive stay away from the usual distractions at home.

The staff were courteous, polite, and cooperative, and the food was very tasty and hygienic. Our stay at SM Hives felt pleasant, with neat, clean rooms. The location wasn't that good, but we didn't mind since we were only staying overnight.
