The food was the standout for me, absolutely mouth-watering, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a good variety of dishes. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, making the stay comfortable. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help. A wonderful stay at suryansh High city hotel, with comfort, hospitality, and delicious food. Highly recommended for a pleasant, memorable visit.

Dinner was excellent, with plenty of choices and food that tasted superb. Breakfast had limited options, though. The rooms are excellent, and the staff are supportive and cooperative. The location is superb, near DLF cyber City, so it works well for new office joiners or anyone doing official work nearby. A must-stay place in BBSR.

Our wedding experience at Suryansh High City, Patia was deeply disappointing and mentally exhausting. Poor management, repeated changes, and unprofessional conduct from Ms. Suman and Mr. Chidanand spoiled the occasion. We booked 20 rooms for 7th-8th Feb, covering Haldi, Sangeet, and the wedding, with decoration included. We weren’t allowed to choose an outside decorator at booking and had to use their empaneled vendor. Then on 23rd Jan, just two weeks before the wedding, Ms. Suman told us that decorator had been blacklisted and asked us to find someone ourselves. That caused a lot of stress. We spent 3 days, 24th-26th Jan, working to finalize an external vendor. On the evening of 27th, after initially letting us explore options, Ms. Suman suddenly refused to allow an outside vendor. We took it to Mr. Chidanand, who said he would resolve it but didn’t reply the next day as promised. On 29th Jan, he gave us two options, use our own vendor or their empaneled one, and asked us to confirm in 1-2 days. Based on that, we confirmed on the evening of 30th that we would go with an external vendor. Shockingly, on 30th Jan, Ms. Suman refused again, contradicting the discussion. She had seen the MoM in the group but denied any commitment, saying Mr. Chidanand had made it, not her. On 31st Jan, he denied the conversation too and disowned his own words. When I said Ms. Suman had seen the meeting notes in the WhatsApp group, he said he didn’t know about that and couldn’t take responsibility for what she did. We were left helpless just days before the wedding, after most payments were already made. Payment issues caused more trouble during the functions. On Sangeet night, 7th Feb, they demanded immediate extra payment for additional plates. We asked to settle it after the function and paid afterward. On the wedding day, 8th Feb, the same sort of thing happened. While I was on the mandap, Ms. Suman had her staff hand the phone to the bride, then spoke to her in a threatening and unprofessional way about payment. The bride cried during the ceremony, and the guests saw the public embarrassment. We weren’t refusing to pay, just asking to wait until the marriage ceremony was finished, yet it was handled terribly. A family member ended up paying during the ceremony, and the receipt came only a week later after several follow-ups. The lack of coordination, miscommunication, denied commitments, and conduct at such a critical time ruined our special occasion. I strongly hope management takes this seriously and improves its processes so other people don’t face the same ordeal.

The rooms were well maintained, the room service excellent, and the food delicious. We had a very pleasant stay, and I’m grateful to the staff for their hospitality, especially Mr.Jena. He’s one of your best managers and was so patient and helpful when he arranged extra rooms for my relatives in the middle of the night. I can’t thank him enough.
