Swosti Premium

The rooms at Swosti Premium were comfortable, clean, and looked after, with dependable Wi-Fi and quick housekeeping. Its Jaydev Vihar location worked well for business meetings and getting around the city. The pool, lawns, and fitness facilities give it a resort-like feel despite being in the middle of town. Service was courteous and professional, though a few small details could still be improved. A solid place I'd happily return to and recommend, just short of five stars for me.

My first visit to Swosti Premium Hotel was disappointing for a place presented as five-star. At The Gourmet restaurant, the vegetarian mains were very limited: only three paneer dishes and one mushroom option. There wasn't much variety. The meal was also disrupted by two people shouting at each other while apparently under the influence of alcohol. It made the dining room feel like a Local Bar, and the managers and staff seemed at a loss about how to handle it. The restroom beside the restaurant was in poor shape too. One basin leaked, sending tap water onto the floor instead of down the pipe, leaving a messy and unhygienic space that guests use around mealtimes. Basic maintenance like this is the least a premium hotel should manage. It undermines the hotel's five-star standing and points to bad management and even worse upkeep.

The staff were courteous, cooperative, and ready to help, and the food had plenty of tasty options. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making the stay at Swosti Premium Hotel, Bhubaneswar comfortable and relaxing. It was a memorable visit, and I'd recommend the hotel to both leisure and business travelers.

We loved the meals during our stay at Swosti Premium. There was an incredible range of delicious dishes, and my partner especially kept talking about the flavors and choices. Our room was spacious and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The staff handled the details and gave excellent service. It was a wonderful experience, and we'd love to come back for the food and hospitality.
