The rooms were roomy and had everything I needed. Staff were quick to help whenever I asked. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained.

I asked several times about breakfast at 7 AM, which the booking details and menu card both listed, but they still wouldn’t arrange it. I also reported the intercom problem repeatedly and got no action. The service was especially poor when it came to cleanliness, and the staff were unprofessional and didn’t address complaints.

The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t good and the commode was broken. There was no breakfast facility in the common hall. You can call and have it arranged in your room instead.

I was very disappointed by the rooms and service. The staff seemed unprofessional and didn’t care about the customer. I wouldn’t recommend booking here, since it could spoil your experience.

The rooms looked older and weren’t properly clean. They also didn’t match the pictures, and they don’t even provide mineral water.
