They made lewd comments about us and stereotyped us as belonging to a certain ethnicity based only on our facial features. The staff behaved very badly and had no manners. When I went to ask whether a room was available, the rooms were not clean at all and weren't worth the INR 2000 per night tariff. This is the worst hotel you could book. Don't book it or even visit.

They call it a 3-star hotel, but that doesn't seem right to me, especially at these prices. I paid a lot for a room with wet walls that smelled and wasn't clean. You can find a hotel for less.

There was so much noise, and the staff didn't seem to know how to serve or look after guests. This was a terrible experience. The place might only suit people looking for fu..... purpose. I wouldn't try staying here.

I couldn't find any hotel or place called STAR INN Residency at the listed location. The people answering the phone give misleading information. Don't call or book this place.

The room wasn't worth the cost. I paid over 2k for just 12 hours.
