Regenta Hotel Science Center, Bhuj

Most of the staff were excellent in their work, service, and behaviour, and I want to thank the hotel for a wonderful stay. Ms. Seema deserves particular credit for her professionalism, cooperation, service, and manner. She's an ideal hotel industry professional and, to me, the best one at this hotel. I also want to thank operation manager Mr. Shelesh, who is an exceptional leader. Wishing them both the best.

The food was well prepared and tasted good, and service remained consistently good throughout my stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and willing to help, which made the experience better. My room at Regenta Hotel, Science Center Bhuj was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hotel sits in a peaceful area, a good fit for a calm stay. It's a well-managed place with pleasant surroundings and good hospitality, and I'd recommend it to business and leisure travelers visiting Bhuj.

The restaurant team were warm and attentive, and they gladly handled special requests so meals were comfortable and enjoyable for our family. Seema, Lakhan & Srikant stood out for their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help. They paid attention to my mother's needs with patience and respect throughout our stay. She uses a wheelchair, and the complimentary room upgrade gave her better accessibility and comfort, making things much less stressful. Check-in was smooth and caring, and staff provided special assistance whenever needed. We felt well looked after from the start. This was a memorable, heartwarming stay, and I would highly recommend the property to families, especially those traveling with older relatives or anyone needing extra assistance.

The room was spacious and comfortable for our family, and the hotel was clean, modern, and well kept. Dining and the shared spaces had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was good, and staff were willing to accommodate requests for the kids. From arrival onward, the service stayed impressive, with the restaurant team making us feel welcome. Our stay with friends was truly enjoyable. Thank you, mr lalbabu and his team.
