I was unsure when I saw the old building on the final day of my trip, but the staff and food quickly changed my mind. The service was top-notch, and Suresh bhai was a really nice gentleman. I feel they deserve this review. I'd happily choose to stay here.

I booked six rooms for my group for 20-21 Feb 2026. The bathrooms had no working geysers, so we ended up showering in cold water. Breakfast was as basic as at a budget OYO hotel. The property is poorly maintained, and the owner seems to take the business for granted, with little concern for service or customer satisfaction.

The staff made me feel at home, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Sarla Regency is well placed for visiting nearby tourist spots. I had the best time and still cherish the memories of my stay. I'd go back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. The hospitality was top-notch. We hadn't planned to stop, but a landslide blocked the road while we were heading toward Manikaran, so we stayed for a night instead of driving back to Bhuntar. We rented two rooms. The hotel was good overall, and dinner at its restaurant turned out well. The location worked out very conveniently for us.
